This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Undertun Middle East LLC ("Undertun", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the Undertun Operations & Business Management System ("OBMS", the "Application"). By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
Undertun grants authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Application solely for Undertun's internal business operations. The Application is provided for internal use by Undertun and its authorized personnel only.
You may not:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
The Application integrates with third-party services, including QuickBooks Online by Intuit, on a read-only basis. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
The Application, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Undertun and/or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in this Agreement.
Your use of data within the Application is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
The Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Undertun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from or related to your use of the Application.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, the license granted to you ends and you must cease using the Application.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the Emirate of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from it.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Application after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
